What is covered, in one line
If you receive an OCR Initial Data Request or Notice of Investigation and we cannot produce the documents OCR is asking for from your Audit Pack, we refund your annual subscription. Up to $7,164 on the Defender tier. Up to $10,764 on the Defender Pro tier.
Conditions
Conditional on completed staff training and a current Security Risk Analysis, both of which the platform tracks for you. Conditional on no willful neglect on the practice's part. Conditional on the platform having delivered the named control.
Refund mechanic
A wire back to the account you paid from. Not a credit, not a discount on next year. Documented in the Master Services Agreement at /msa.
Source of the dollar amount
Defender at $597/mo × 12 = $7,164. Defender Pro at $897/mo × 12 = $10,764. The cap scales with the year you paid, not with the size of the OCR finding.
